Refund Policy

Patil.soyrik is always try to help customers as much as possible, and has therefore a considerate cancellation policy. We as a service provider, we provide technical service. Patil.soyrik provide service which helps to create matrimony profile which was once created payment was not refundable.

• Patil.soyrik respects a decision made by a customer to work with a different service provider in that case if our product or service not started or customer didn’t get profile created via any medium then customer ask for refund within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Patil.soyrik. You may submit your cancellation requests by e-mail. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from Patil.soyrik. 

• We take minimum 1 weeks to process the cancellation request.
• Once Profile is created in the portal, cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Policy

We are in service business and doesn't have tangible item to deliver. So there is no chance of missing or misplacement of any item. Our deliverables are in form of create profile, approve profile. These deliverable are delivered to you in form of profile creation using rules described. So Patil.soyrik doesn't owe the responsibility.
